An alternative to No Plot? No Problem!

Anyone who has noveled with me knows how much I love No Plot? No Problem by Chris Baty. I read it every year as I go, and it always inspires me and helps me through the tough times. And I usually cry when I get to the end and the book reminds me of what an amazing, Herculean task i've accomplished. I actually own two copies of the book - one paperback, and one ebook - just in case I have to travel during NaNo.
But, this is my 6th year noveling so I've read through that book a LOT. So I was pretty excited today when a friend shared the NaNo Young Writer's Program handbook that is meant for high school students. It's got some of the same ideas as NPNP, in different language, and it seems to have a few different tips and tools for developing character, plot, conflict, etc. I'm looking forward to using it this year.
What tools, resources, etc, get you excited for noveling? What gets you through the tough times? (I've also been meaning to check out The Writer's Toolbox but have never got around to it.)
