After-party?
Hi, everyone,
Can we organize an after party when we know Katie will be here? I know that she's gone for the Civic Holiday weekend, and then moving two weeks after that.
What about the weekend of October 6/7? Francisco and I have a friend's housewarming in Hamilton to go to on the evening of the 6th, but we could do afternoon of the 6th or anytime on the 7th. Katie, would that work for you?
Or will we have to schedule our awards ceremony for your next trip back from Purdue?

I think Oct 7th should be fine (is that Thanksgiving)? I think Sam was the one who had a potential problem with Thanksgiving weekend.

Ok, I'm kind of an idiot, and meant to write 'August 6/7.' I was hoping we could have a gathering before Katie goes away, and then maybe the official ceremony during Thanksgiving weekend, which is actually the weekend of October 8/9. Sorry!
